Total amount of rent together
with Deposit will have to be paid by cheque or cash
at the time of booking the hall. Complete names
and postal addresses of the bride and bridegroom
are necessary while booking the hall . |

For full day booking the
hall will be available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. For
every extra hour used after 10 p.m. upto12 mid night,
Rs.1,200/- & for A.C. Rs.1,500/- per hour will
be charged extra .For sessional booking the facility
of extra hour will be available depending on the
next booking of the halls. |

Following facilities will
be available within rent charged : Vacant hall alongwith
the stage, One room each for the bride’s side
and the bridegroom’s side. Kitchen , Water,
Lift , Generator up to 11 p.m., Electricity |

For room of
Bride & Bridegroom Rs.2,000/- for full night
and for AC Rs. 200/- per hour will be extra charged
for Night. |

The chairs,
tables, decorations,& catering services
( meals) will be charged separately and the orders
for the same will have to be placed with the authorised
contractors of the Sangh ,i.e. with M/s Kamat Banquets.
(I) Pvt ltd. The rates charged by them are approximately
as follows: |

If electrically
oprated Video- Camera is used, extra charges Rs.300/-
per camera will be recovered from All the statutory
rules as well as the rules and regulations framed
by the Sangh for the time- being in force will be
binding on the customers. |

Except for the traditional
instruments of Shahanai & Choughada, Musical
instruments and band will not be permitted. Further
alcohols & non-vegetarian food are prohibited. |
| 8. |
At the time
of refunding the Deposit 10.3 % Service
Tax & other payables will be adjusted. |
